From national job sites to your building
FaciliSite Services was founded in Darien, Connecticut in 2026 by Victor Marte. Before starting the company, Victor spent years in commercial construction, supervising job sites and running interior build-out work for national retail brands, after earlier years operating his own residential remodeling firm in Norwalk.
That career teaches one lesson above all others: buildings do not respond to good intentions. They respond to schedules, checklists, and follow-through. A national brand will not accept "we ran late" on a store opening, so the people who run those jobs learn to plan work that keeps its promises.
FaciliSite exists to give Fairfield County property owners and managers that same standard of execution, from a local company small enough to know your building and reachable enough to pick up the phone.

Specialty trades such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are performed by licensed specialty contractors we coordinate and supervise. Company credentials are available on request.
